Your photos and your privacy
Short version: this site never receives your photo. Here is what happens when you use the cropper, what the example faces are, and where the full policy is.
There is no photo upload on this site and no AI generation. The one tool that touches your photo — the cropper on the job-application photo page — opens the file inside your browser, crops and resizes it there, and hands the JPG back to you. The full policy is on our Privacy & your photos page.
Your photo stays in your browser
When you choose a photo in the cropper, your browser reads it and draws it on a canvas; the JPG you download is created on your device. In our test on 1 October 2026, choosing and cropping a photo made no network request; clicking Download sent only analytics events — the size you picked, and the click itself to Google Analytics — never the image.
No camera data in the download
The JPG the cropper creates is a fresh image: in our test it carried no EXIF data, so the camera model, date and any location stored in your original are not copied into it. Your original file is not changed.
The example faces are not real people
Every portrait in the style explorer is AI-generated to show a style. None depicts a real person, and none was made from a visitor’s photo — the site has no upload.

Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to use my photo with the cropper?
Your photo is processed inside your browser and is not uploaded — in our test, the only requests the page made were analytics events when Download was clicked (the size and the click, not the image). Nothing of your photo is stored on our side.
Do you keep my photos?
No. We never receive them, so there is nothing to keep or delete.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. This site does not receive your photos and runs no AI on them.
